How to deposit — step by step
- Log in to your Lanista account (or sign up if you don't have one — takes ~90 seconds).
- Open "Cashier" — wallet icon in the top right of the lobby.
- Select "Deposit" and pick a method. For crypto, Lanista generates a unique wallet address for this transaction.
- Enter amount (min. €20 for the welcome bonus) and confirm. Cards and e-wallets are instant; crypto credits after the first network confirmation.
- Select bonus in the "Promo code" field if you're claiming the welcome offer. Without the tick the bonus won't apply.
How to withdraw
- KYC first — without document verification, withdrawals won't start. Upload ID and address proof in "My profile → Documents".
- Cashier → Withdraw. Pick the same method as you used for depositing ("closed loop" rule). Crypto can be withdrawn to a different address but only with support approval.
- Enter amount within your VIP-tier limits (see table below) and confirm.
- Wait for finance team approval. Usually 6–24h on weekdays. Weekend: held until Monday.
- Funds in your wallet — crypto in <1h after approval, cards 1–3 days, e-wallets up to 24h.
Withdrawal limits — by VIP level
Limits scale with VIP tier. After 30 days of inactivity a tier drops by one. The system re-evaluates thresholds every 90 days based on net turnover.

KYC — identity verification
Lanista uses a standard KYC process per the Tobique license requirements. Account registration does not require documents — you can deposit, play, and claim the bonus without verification. Documents must reach support before your first withdrawal. Three items required:
- ID document — passport, national ID card, or driver's license, both sides, clear color photo.
- Proof of address — utility bill, water/gas bill, or bank statement no older than 3 months, with name and address visible.
- Payment method proof — selfie with card (middle digits covered), screenshot of crypto wallet, or bank statement showing the transaction.
Average KYC time at Lanista: 24–48 hours on weekdays. If the KYC team requests an extra document, the process stretches by another day. After successful verification, the account is flagged "full KYC" and subsequent withdrawals are faster (typically 6–12h).
Lanista can run an additional KYC (Enhanced Due Diligence) for single withdrawals above €2,300, monthly totals above €15,000, or if a play pattern triggers the internal AML system. In practice, extra questions are rare and mostly concern source of funds (employment proof, brokerage statement, real-estate sale document).

Fees and exchange rates
Lanista charges no fee on deposits or withdrawals across any fiat method. Crypto goes through the blockchain, so the network fee (gas) is independent of the casino — deducted from the amount by the protocol itself. Bitcoin: 0.0001–0.0005 BTC per transaction. Ethereum: depends on network load (5–15 gwei × 21,000 gas = typically €1–€10). Litecoin and Dogecoin: fractions of a cent. Tether (USDT) on TRC-20: ~€1, on ERC-20: up to €5–€10.
FX rates on fiat deposits are fetched from wholesale markets every 15 minutes. Operator margin: about 1.5% above the average market rate.
Common issues and how to fix them
Withdrawal stuck in "pending" for over 48 hours
First check that your KYC is fully approved. If yes — send a ticket via live chat with the withdrawal number. On weekends, withdrawals wait until Monday morning (clause 6.12). For new accounts, the finance team may also verify source of funds.
Card declined when trying to deposit
Some banks block transactions to gambling operators (MCC 7995). Solution: use Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, or crypto. It's not a Lanista issue — it's your bank's policy.
Crypto deposit not arriving
Check the number of network confirmations (typically 1–3 for BTC, 12 for ETH). If the network confirmed but your balance hasn't updated, screenshot the transaction from an explorer (with TXID visible) and send it to support — funds are located manually. Rare, but support responds within 1–2 hours.
Operator refuses withdrawal to a different wallet than deposited from
Standard AML "closed loop" policy. You can change the destination address but only after sending a new selfie with ID plus wallet ownership confirmation (screenshot of your wallet app with the address visible). Process takes 24h.
Bonus didn't activate after deposit
Usually a missing promo code in the "Promo code" field at deposit time. The welcome bonus window is the first deposit only — if you made your first deposit without claiming, the second deposit won't unlock it. Second possibility: minimum €20 — a €15 deposit doesn't qualify.
Funds security
Lanista holds player funds on segregated accounts (separate from the company's operational accounts) — a standard requirement under the Tobique license. Funds are insured up to the regulator's threshold. TLS 1.3 encryption in the network layer, 2FA available for login (Google Authenticator, email OTP), optional SMS verification of each withdrawal.
